Requirements for obtaining the Sabourg e-residence card.

All European and non-European citizens aged 21 or over can apply for the e-residence card.

The application procedure requires the resident to provide their personal details, identity document or passport, proof of residence and a sworn statement that they have never been convicted of a criminal offence.

E-residence card levels, benefits, and costs.

There are different levels of e-residence cards depending on the applicant's needs and the activities the resident wishes to carry out in the Principality of Sabourg. 

Each level has its own benefits. Each level has a one-off registration fee and an annual renewal fee for the card and the associated services.

Bronze Level

Benefits: it is the first level of digital residency and allows you to open a bank account with the Principality of Sabourg's credit institution, obtain a sticker for private vehicles already registered in a country of the International Community registered with the Sabourg Vehicle Directorate (DVS), create a personalized email address, and become a member of all clubs, except those provided for in the silver, gold, and platinum levels. It is possible to enroll in private schools/academies in the Principality of Sabourg.

Digital Foundation donation: €300

Silver Level

Benefits: allows you to enjoy all the services of the Bronze card and become a member of the Principality's exclusive clubs:

• Automobile Club of Sabourg,
• Yacht Club of Sabourg
• Aero Club of Sabourg
• Golf Club of Sabourg
• Tennis Club of Sabourg

and other exclusive clubs that will be established in the future, by making a one-off payment of one thousand euros to the Digital Foundation.

Digital Foundation donation: €1,000

Gold Level

Benefits: aallows you to obtain all the services of the Silver card and enables you to apply for citizenship of the Principality of Sabourg in the fifth year of renewal of your digital residence. This level is requested by making an annual donation of ten thousand euros to the Digital Foundation. In the third year of renewal, if the digital resident's application has been validated by the Secretariat of State, they will become a citizen of Sabourg and will be able to remain a member of all Sabourg clubs by paying a reduced annual fee.

Digital Foundation donation: 10,000 euros 

Platinum Level

Benefits: provides access to all the services of the gold card and allows individuals to become members of the Sabourg Business Club by making an annual donation of €20,000 to the Digital Foundation. The Business Club is Sabourg's business circle and allows members to become partners in international cooperation projects funded by the Sabourg Digital Foundation.

Digital Foundation donation: €20,000 for the first year and €10,000 for subsequent years.

E-residence card and clubs costs after the first year of registration

Upon annual expiry of the e-residence card, there is a renewal fee that will be set each year by the Sabourg Ministry of Finance.
